The Need of Career Counselling
Career counseling is essential for students at every stage, from high school to post-graduation, to help them make informed decisions about their future. Without proper guidance, students often succumb to societal and parental pressures, leading them to choose fields that don’t align with their true interests and strengths. My personal experience reflects this struggle, as I initially followed a path chosen for me, only to realize it wasn’t my passion. After navigating through confusion and uncertainty, I eventually found my direction, emphasizing the critical need for career counseling to prevent misguided efforts and ensure students can confidently pursue careers that resonate with their ambitions and skills.
